Refund & Cancellation Policy

Application Fee

The £100 Application Fee is required to process your application.

Tuition Fee Refund Policy – Student Cancellation

• All tuition fees must be paid before the course start date.
• If a student requests a refund before the course start date, we will refund 50% of the tuition fee paid.
• 50% of the tuition fee is Non-Refundable to cover administration, enrolment, and platform costs.
• No refunds will be issued once the course has started.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@novaskillsacademy.co.uk.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14–21 business days.

Course Cancellation by Academy

If Nova Skills Academy Ltd cancels a course for any reason, students will receive a 50% refund of all tuition fees paid.

50% of the tuition fee will be Non-Refundable to cover administrative and setup costs incurred by the Academy.
